Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (B.Arch for Architecture; B.Tech/B.E for Civil, Electrical, Electronics; MCA for IT) from a recognized university. Additionally, a valid GATE score (2023/2024/2025) in the corresponding paper is required. Final-year students are not eligible. The pay scale is ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (Level E-1, Group-B, IDA pattern).
